4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your individual contract.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel our services at any time with written notice. Refund policies are outlined in your service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not share your personal data except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

MPS DEBT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
